Here are some recipes of
mine that have appeared in my books, in
magazine articles, and on television
programs. Some of them have never been
published. Some of the dishes are
traditional southern, some are
newfangled, and some just reflect the way
I cook, after having lived in the
Caribbean, France, Italy, the South, and
New York, and having travelled
extensively throughout the Mediterranean
basin.
